Cost of Your Care

Our fees are based on professional skill, knowledge, and service. We ask for payment in full at the time services are provided and at the time any materials (eg. eyeglasses, contact lenses, etc.) are ordered. Visa, MasterCard and Discover are welcome.

Insurance Programs

Our office participates in several insurance and third party payment plans. Please discuss the type of insurance you have with the receptionist at the time you schedule your appointment. Payment for any amount not covered by your insurance company is expected as described above in "Cost of Your Care". When you call the office to set up an appointment, please mention your vision coverage and we will be happy to answer any questions you have concerning your policy. Bring your insurance card or form to your examination.
